These High School Sweethearts said “I Do” last month in front of some of their closest friends and family at Caroll Baldwin Hall. We can’t believe the year is almost over and that this was actually our 20th wedding for the year! With that being sad, this was the first time we ever saw a seating arrangement like this and we absolutely love it!
Here’s Why
Lauren and Brian had about 60 guests. When planning, they took into account that some of their guests are elderly and it would be kind not to move them around too much during the hours that they would be present for the ceremony and reception. So they created a seating arrangement that wouldn’t make their guests move from room to room or go outside in the middle of October while the room was being transformed for the reception. The ceremony room was designed so that whatever seat you choose for the ceremony would be your seat for the reception. With your table setting already prepared at your ceremony seating, you can just pick a seat and enjoy the evening. Smart right?
Two long rectangle tables stretched parallel through the hall and the aisle that Lauren walked down in her bespoke custom dress lied neatly in between. When she met her love at the end of the aisle they exchanged some of the most heart-melting vows we’ve heard all year and bought many of their guests to tears. We were so happy to witness their union with their family :) These two are the kind of couples that inspire us. Not only because they’ve held each other tight for over a decade but because they are passionate for each other and it’s soooo obvious! This couple LOVES DEEPLY and (if you’re new here) That’s our Motto. That’s what keeps us in the wedding industry and makes us excited to meet new couples and document love stories.
